Short user training for your team
e-Document requirements expand every year and thresholds can change. Leaving the transition to the last minute risks being unable to invoice, penalties and lost customers.
We track your obligation status, help you choose the right solution and complete the transition in line with your accounting records.
Who is it for?
Businesses about to fall under the obligation as turnover grows, e-commerce sellers, freelancers and companies whose suppliers ask them to move to e-invoicing.
How we work
Assessment: We determine which e-documents are mandatory for you, and from when.
Solution choice: We compare cost and ease of use based on your invoice volume.
Setup: We file applications and verify the process with a test invoice.
Integration: We set up automatic flow of e-documents into your accounting records.
Questions about this service
What is the difference between e-Invoice and e-Archive?
An e-Invoice is issued between two taxpayers registered in the system. If the buyer is not an e-Invoice user, the same sale is documented with an e-Archive invoice.
Can I switch voluntarily?
Yes, voluntary transition is possible and simplifies document management for many businesses. Note that you cannot return to paper invoices afterwards.
Which integrator should I choose?
Monthly invoice volume, your bookkeeping or e-commerce software and budget decide. We provide an impartial comparison.
