Sole trader, limited company or joint-stock company: we decide together which suits you, based on expected turnover, partner structure and growth plans.
Who is it for?
First-time founders, employees moving to self-employment, partners starting a new company and foreign investors opening a company or branch in Türkiye.

Questions about this service
Sole trader or limited company?
Profit level, number of partners, liability and growth plans decide. A sole trader can make sense at low to medium profit, a company when growth or partners are involved. We compare both options with numbers in the intro call.
How long does formation take?
With complete documents, a sole trader is usually registered within a few business days; capital companies may take a little longer depending on registry workload.
Can I use my home address as the company address?
It depends on the activity, and there are points to consider regarding certain activities and rent expenses. We assess this together before formation.
